Introducing Joanne King
Joanne is a yoga teacher & space holder, actress, mama and postpartum doula. Joanne has taught yoga, meditation, and breathwork for over a decade. She has travelled the world studying various styles of yoga including haha, vinyasa, kundalini, restorative, yoga Nidra, pre and postnatal and women womb yoga. Constantly learning and consistently humbled, she is committed to the evolution of movement and the movement of evolution!
Joanne runs our Monday night Yin (7.30 - 8.30pm) and Friday morning Restorative Practice (10-11am)
Introducing Nadine Mc Mahon
Nadine turned to Yoga during the early days of my career as a corporate lawyer in London and it quickly became an important part of my routine. Yoga provides me with a means of maintaining balance, perspective and a sense of Self in the midst of a busy lifestyle.
Almost 10 years on, I continue to learn new and deeper ways of integrating Yoga into my life. Empowering my students to find a similar balance in their own lives is at the heart of my teaching.

Introducing Moira O’Malley
Moira attended a life-changing first Yoga class 10 years ago and thereafter devoted increasing amounts of time to learning and developing her Yoga.
Immediately after qualifying in June 2023, I began teaching two weekly classes in Repose and shortly after, two weekly live online classes for Yoga with Maura. In September 2023, I started my own classes, Wild Thing Moves, and have built up a loyal following of subscription clients. I also intermittently teach corporate Yoga classes for Repose Studio.
Moira runs our Wednesday Evening - Mid Week Flow classes - 7.30pm - 8.30pm

Introducing Sinead Brophy
Sinéad Brophy is a Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, Pregnancy & Postnatal Trainer, and Menstrual Cycle Coach. Through her work, Sinéad helps transform women's relationships with their health and wellbeing through movement, mindfulness and menstrual health.
As a coach, educator and teacher, Sinéad's goal is to help women to work with their bodies, not against them by stepping away from an all-or-nothing approach to health and supporting their future fertility. She believes that movement and exercise are fun and enjoyable ways to connect your body and mind and help you feel strong inside and out.
