Our exploration of healthcare began through the lens of Western Medicine. Feeling ultimately restricted within a world of diagnostics and medication, a world that really only supported a ‘one size fits all’ approach, our minds grew curious as to what other approaches might be out there. That’s when our paths crossed, at the College of Integrative Chinese Medicine in London! This day marks the beginning of a truly unique friend- and business partnership.

We both had fallen in love with Chinese Medicine, an individualised system of medicine and a way of life with preventative health at its core. The tradition is rooted in the idea that each of us is born with a completely personal blueprint for optimum health and that everyone needs individualised guidance on their journey to greater health.

With Escapada Health Clinics and Escapes, we wanted to create an empowering space our clients can escape to in order to explore and experience natural health, natural medicine and living. A Lifestyle-Medicine that can be part of every day life!
